1. Rental Requirements

a. Driver's Age: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

b. Driver's License: A valid driver's license, held for a minimum of one year, is required.

c. Payment Method: A valid credit card and pre-authorization are mandatory for all rentals.

2. Reservation and Cancellation

a. Reservation: Reservations can be made online or by contacting our office.

b. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start time may incur charges.

3. Rental Period

a. Daily Rental: The standard rental period is based on a 24-hour cycle.

b. Extension: Extensions require approval and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return

a. Collection: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition.

b. Late Returns: Late returns may result in additional charges.

5. Vehicle Condition

a. Pre-Rental Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before accepting it.

b. Damages: Any damages must be reported immediately. Customers are liable for damages not reported during the rental.

6. Insurance

a. Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included. Additional coverage options are available.

b. Liability: Customers are liable for damage or loss exceeding the coverage limits.

7. Traffic Violations

Customers are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.

8. Prohibited Use

a. Off-Road Use: Vehicles must not be used off designated roads.

b. Subleasing: Subleasing the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

9. Maintenance

Customers are responsible for regular maintenance, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure.

10. Privacy

Customer information is treated with utmost confidentiality and used only for rental-related purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
